Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, running for Governor, couldn't care less about deceptive trade practices perpetrated by Wells Fargo, Kingsland.  The Attorney General's Office Consumer Protection Division has ignored complaints filed twice.  Apparently, the Attorney General and his henchmen are more concerned with his run for Governor than enforcing the law.  Clearly, couldn't care less about egregious, deceptive, fraudulent trade practices perpetrated by a bank obviously too big to fail.

Remain determined to protect the Wells Fargo corporate management suite no matter what.  Why not?  The Bank owns its government lackey, doesn't it?  This, what you want in the Governor's office, readers?  A corporate government lackey bought and paid for?  Clearly, this bastard is in the pocket of the Bank.  He's not doing his job.  Not protecting the citizenry from an outrageously predatory corporate management suite.

Similarly, the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau is dragging its feet.  Complaints have also been filed twice.  Clearly, this bank is too big to fail.  It's branch manager has haughtily proclaimed the Bank to be the government.  Hubris displayed is stunning.  They do what they want.  No matter the law.  Clearly, the law doesn't apply to bank management.

They're in a world, a class of their own.  No one effectively regulates them.  In fact, they regulate the regulators.  Short of an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon, sunlight is usually a highly effective disinfectant.

No abusive, corrupt, or criminal enterprise wants exposure.  Does all it can to avoid an unfavorable spotlight.  This publication is determined to shine light in places Wells Fargo rather it not.  Seems to have conveniently forgotten.  Wishes the public would ignore.  Thought it could get away with indefinitely.  May have even falsely believed it could escape unscathed.  Not so.

Had a customer engaged in such deliberate fraudulent activity as the bank manager and her officer shill, they would have been quickly investigated and prosecuted.  Not so an abusive bank.  Again, obviously considered too big to fail by our hopelessly corrupt, abusive, inept government.  Worse?  Too powerful to be reined in by its bought and paid for government lackeys.

This publication is preparing an expose on fraudulent trade practices engaged in by Wells Fargo, including at time of account creation.  Also, egregiously careless long-term handling of customer personal data that remains accessible to anyone working in the Bank years after the account or accounts have been closed.

Maintains false information not given by consumers, but deceptively, falsely, criminally added to altered bank records by bank officers as convenient.  Information that is none of the bank's business and was refused when asked of account holders.  Didn't stop the bank, however, from falsely manufacturing and fraudulently adding it to the record.  This corporation apparently believes it owns your personal data.  Can change and manipulate it any way it sees fit.

"Know Your Customer" and the outrageously unconstitutional USA 'Patriot' Act?  ... Rubber stamped by an outrageously fascist U.S. Supreme Court routinely 'legislating' its perverse ideological and religious views from the bench?  Wells Fargo and its outrageously corrupt and abusive government lackeys can stuff both where the sun seldom shines.  It's none of the bank's and/or government's goddamned business.  Fourth Amendment.

Some of the abuses perpetrated by other local banks will also be featured.  There is, indeed, plenty of blame to go around.  None as blatant as that of Wells Fargo, however.  Forget?  Wells Fargo and other members of the banking cartel remain too big to fail.  Receive carte blanche to do as they please.  ... And do.

Correspondence to all parties will be ultimately posted in this publication for public review and evaluation.  Consumers have a right to know precisely what they are forced to deal with in the highly abusive, hopelessly corrupt banking industry should they need an account.  An industry protected by law and its bought and paid for government lackeys.  At the expense of consumers.  Precisely, why so many in our formerly great country no longer have accounts.  Cannot afford them due to gouging, abuse of personal data, oppressive policies and tactics employed by this bank, and the rest of the banking cartel in Nazi America.

Bears repeating.  -- Without question, a highly corrupt, abusive cartel that engages in deceptive trade practices no more than outright fraud.  The bastards seem to falsely believe our money, personal information belongs to them.  Haughtily, believe they're doing consumers a favor.  We'll see if readers agree as these abuses are deliberately, methodically exposed to the light of day over time by this publication.  A long, slow process of glaring exposure.

Wells Fargo has a penchant for euphemisms that make no sense to most of us.  The branch manager is known as the "store" manager.  A bank is a bank.  A store, a store.  A bank is not a store.  A bank may, indeed, be in a store, but is not a store.  Clearly, Wells Fargo believes it is a store.  A useful concept for a corporation that wants no oversight or regulation.  Wishes to be free to gouge as it pleases.

The concept works in the sense this Bank loots customers every way it can.  When Congress tries to rein things in, the bank moves the goal posts.  Successfully finds another way to gouge, loot consumers, misuse and abuse customer personal information.  As this expose continues over time, all this will be exposed to the light of day.  Very carefully and in great detail.

Hard to believe this fiasco originated with an old battle wagon and her brilliant, yet cowardly compliant young protégé.  Has to be a systemic problem.  Top-down.  Forget?  It's a corporation.  Peasants need permission to fart.  With no criminal investigation, we'll never know.  Certainly, not for sure.  The behavior so egregious, however, it's hard to believe either woman could, would have accepted the risk unless directed to do so by top management.

The following email was sent to the Wells Fargo Kingsland "Store" Manager on 3-2-14:

Lynn Massey
Wells Fargo
Kingsland Store Manager

Ms. Massey:

My readers have been advised in the latest edition, v.350, March 3, 2014, a detailed continuing expose of egregiously fraudulent deceptive trade practices perpetrated by Wells Fargo is in full production.  Will begin being posted shortly on all six Liberty In Peril websites.  On a continuing basis.  Will run for quite some time.

Clearly, Wells Fargo remains too big to fail.  Demonstrated by continued footdragging by CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) and the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division.  -- CFPB?   Clueless.  Out to lunch. ... Good news, right, Lynn?  The canned computer-generated correspondence from this federal agency remains appalling.

Achingly, not germane, responsive, or relevant to the complaint.  Not in the least.  No personal contact with any regulator.  Exactly, as Wells Fargo and the rest of the hopelessly corrupt and abusive banking cartel want, craftily engineered, and have deliberately instituted, right, Lynn?  Clearly, Wells Fargo owns its CFPB lackeys, including Richard Cordray, its truly worthless, highly ineffective Director.  No more than an extremely useful shill for the hopelessly corrupt and abusive banking cartel.

All correspondence with this bought and paid for 'regulator' will be published for full review by my readership.  ... Their tax dollars at work.  Then again, your CFPB federal lackeys are beholden to the Wells Fargo corporate management suite and other members of the banking cartel, aren't they, madam?  By design.  Work for you and the rest of bank management.  Do your bidding, don't they?  Intentionally, remain toothless.  Engineered systemic ineptness.  About as effective as a suppository on a seriously hemorrhaging hemorrhoid desperately in need of surgical repair.  ... Bottoms up?

Attorney General Greg Abbott?  Too busy running for Governor.  As CFPB, equally likely bought and paid for by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite and other members of the banking cartel.  You outrageously corrupt and abusive bastards have it all sewn up, right, Lynn?  Isn't that why you do as you please with little fear of unpleasant consequences such as prison time for fraudulent activity?

Both agencies have been informed all correspondence will be published in its entirety on all six Liberty In Peril websites for public review.  The public, indeed, has the right to know Wells Fargo engages in deceptive trade practices, that is, fraud.  Without question, at the time accounts are opened.  Also, how Wells Fargo falsely believes it owns customer information and is free to do with it as it pleases.  Including keeping it accessible to any bank officer years after the account or accounts have been closed.  At risk of identity theft and consequences thereof.

Had any consumer perpetrated such deception, i.e. fraud, they would have been quickly investigated and prosecuted.  Not so, bank employees.  A double standard.  They're protected. Right, Lynn?  ... Amanda?

Lynn?  Amanda? Readers?  This corporation clearly believes it owns your personal data.  ...

You earlier haughtily claimed Wells Fargo is the government, Lynn.  In essence, clearly, you're right.  The Wells Fargo corporate management suite indeed runs and owns its bought and paid for government lackeys.  Including CFPB and our gutless, corrupt, abusive, hopelessly inept Attorney General.  Think a complaint to the U.S. Attorney in order?  Or, is this barrister also bought and paid for?  Might be additional fodder for this publication as this fiasco drags on indefinitely.  Will certainly consider it.  A raucous Sieg Heil!, Ms. Massey?  ... Got all your bases covered, girl?  Hope so, particularly since this is going to be one hell of a long, hard ride.  Glaring exposure.

It's called national socialism.  The Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged fascist police-state.  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion.  "Justified" by perversion and bastardization of the latter.  Sunlight is, indeed, an effective disinfectant.  If not, an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms on the horizon.  Hear the rumble?  Sadly, our government no longer serves its citizens.  Rather, its corporate masters.  A raucous, goosestepping, traitorous Sieg Heil!?  ... When will all Wells Fargo personnel be properly issued swastika armbands?  Wouldn't want to be out of uniform?  Worse?  Out of step with the times, would you?  ... Goosestep, that is.
